Church should be more than just a menu of programs and activities. It's supposed to be a place where followers of Jesus build a community... a place where those who attend love God more, and love others (their world) more visibly!

FInal Hour!

Our permit application comes up for approval by The City Planning Commission on Tues. night –
January 22nd!

Could they really
turn us down?

It is more likely that they would approve the Use Permit, but restrict our use... limited meetings... no concerts... no amplified music because of residents near by... etc. In the end, restricted use could make the use of the site too limiting?

So what can we do? The final step is a call to prayer and intercession for the meeting by the Planning Commission on Tuesday. The final obstacles for us to move into Mangrove site can only be moved through prayer. Pray.

We are ready!

Work is officially set to launch Wednesday, Jan. 23rd (pending our use permit approval). Work will happen everyday. Set aside the dates below for all church work days.

8am – Every morning - Cranky Ron and Bob’s Coffee and Prayer. Come for prayer, and those who can, stay for work.

Two Workdays now planned:
Saturday- 1/26 > Work day from 9am to Noon
Saturday – 2/9 > Workday from 9am to finish

NOTE: Worship Schedule/Location from this point forward:
Sat., Jan. 19 - First Christian @ 6pm
Sat., Jan. 26 - First Christian @ 6pm
Sun., Feb. 3 - New Location @ 10am (tentative)
